Vreny’s 10 Favorite Albums

Vreny’s 10 Favorite Albums

I did take this more than seriously.

I spent about 10 months, going back and forth, adding things, dropping things, changing my mind a million times, till this was the ultimate final list of albums I would take with me if I were to be banned to a deserted island.

  1. Transatlantic

  2. Bridge To For Ever

  3. Glenn Hughes

  4. Burning Japan Live

  5. Philip Catherine

  6. Guitar Groove

  7. Pat Metheny

  8. Bright Size Life

  9. Queen

  10. Queen II

  11. Journey

  12. Infinity

  13. Cairo

  14. Conflict And Dreams

  15. Jeff Wayne

  16. War of The Worlds

  17. Blue Oyster Cult

  18. Fire Of Unknown Origin.

  19. Mitch Watkins

  20. Strings With Wings.

Given the amount of thought I put into this and the diligence, these really are by far, the ONLY albums I have NEVER gotten tired of and that I know I will never ever get tired of.

I made that list after sifting through about 40-50,000 songs, spread out over probably about 5,000 to 6,000 albums.

I had 7 other very strong contenders competing for the spot in the above list, but sharing those here would take away some of the magic of the above top 10 choices… so I will keep that my secret.

For those who find it odd that I, always claiming to be so busy, could possibly want to spend the time on something that seems so useless as the above endeavor: “This was important to me because the thousands of decisions involved in this process, further solidified who I really am as a musician and what I am really in love with musically”.
I saw this as an important exercise on my musical journey.

If you were to be forced at gunpoint to have to choose your top 10 fav albums, and those were the only 10 albums you could ever listen to again, what would be on your list?
Share it cause I am anxious to find out. 🙂

Conclusion

Hit me up anytime at vreny@zotzinmusic.com if you have any questions, or if you would like to book a lesson.

These free lessons are cool, but you will never experience the progress, joy, and results that my students experience in lessons when you’re learning by yourself from blogs and videos.

That is why people take lessons: way better results and progress, much more complete information, exposed to way more creative ideas than you can get from a blog or YouTube video.
There is only so much that self-study can accomplish.

If you want to see amazing results and progress in your guitar playing, buy your first lesson here and get started ASAP.

  • 1 Lesson = 75

You’ll impress your friends and loved ones in no time with your guitar playing!
