Play As You Pay

No need to wait till you have all the money saved up to buy the larger, money-saving packages.
If you would like to buy one of the larger packages to get the large discounts, you can spread the cost across multiple monthly payments.

Approval couldn’t be simpler — just give us a call at 310-902-0993 so we can set this up for you over the phone.
There’s no paperwork, and ZOT Zin Music never charges you interest!

Use your own payment card to make the first payment upfront, and we’ll split the remainder into approximately equal
monthly installments.

We’ll process your first payment over the phone, then charge your card every month thereafter till the amount is paid in full.

How do I qualify for Play As You Pay?

Most orders over $260 qualify for our two-payment plan or four-payment plan and depending on the items and amount you order, additional
payment plans may be available.

To qualify for Play As You Pay, in addition to the information that we require for all orders, you must provide
your billing address and active email address while we process your order over the phone.

What are my payment plan options?

Plans Available Now

2-Pay: Split up your 10-lesson package order into 2 payments.

3-Pay: Split up your 20-lesson package order into 3 payments

5-Pay: Split up your 40 and 50 lesson package orders into 5 payments

6-Pay: Split up your 75 lesson package order into 6 payments

8-Pay: Split up your 100 lesson package order into 8 payments

Promotional offers can be removed or changed at any time without notice, and other restrictions may apply to
individual offers including but not limited to restricting the amount an individual may finance, restricting product
eligibility and restrictions on combining payment plans with other offers.

All the above payment plans are for students who plan to meet once a week, every week, or less than once a week.
If you plan on meeting more than once a week for lessons, the above payment plans will not apply to you.
In that case: you will have custom calculated, higher monthly payments and/or lesser installments, so your payments and due balance keep up with your lesson meetings.

Installment Payment Plan Agreement

ZOT Zin Music LLC has agreed to bill you for your order in installments subject to the following conditions. Please
review this Agreement in its entirety.

Shipping charges, processing fees, and taxes, if applicable, will be added to your initial payment.

The merchandise total for your order will be split into approximately equal payments. Some variation in payment size
may be necessary in order to make the payments evenly divisible, but the variations will not be more than a few cents.

The initial payment will be charged to your payment card at the time of your purchase.

Subsequent installments will be charged to your payment card at approximately 30-day intervals for the length of the
agreement.

To use a gift certificate on a Play As You Pay order, you must submit the gift certificate at the time you place the order.
We will subtract the value of your gift certificate from your order total and split the remainder of your balance into equal
installments. Please note that you may not apply gift certificates to your monthly installment payments.

What about interest or fees?

A one-time processing fee will be charged based on the size of your order:

ZOT Zin Music LLC will not charge you interest on your purchases.

Purchases made via the Installment Payment Plan are limited to $4,600 in merchandise unless otherwise noted. If your
order exceeds the maximum amount for the payment plan selected, the remainder will be added to your initial
installment. A total of three installment plans may be active concurrently.

Payment must be made with payment cards issued by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

By proceeding with your order, you agree to maintain sufficient funds on the payment card you have provided so that
subsequent installments can be billed to that card. If the card expires or is replaced, you agree to notify ZOT Zin Music
Customer Service and supply an alternative card with the necessary funds available. If a charge cannot be made on
your payment card for any scheduled installment, ZOT Zin Music LLC may charge you a late payment fee of up to $15 per
installment.

The decision to offer you the Installment Payment Plan may be based on the information requested from a credit-reporting
agency. Upon written or email request, ZOT Zin Music Customer Service can provide you with information on the credit
agency used for the purposes of the ZOT Zin Music installment Payment Plan program.

Certain items are excluded from the Installment Payment Plan, including but not limited to all gift certificates.

If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement in its entirety, you may cancel your order. Or, if your order has
already shipped, you may return it unopened and unused within three days of delivery without cost or obligation by
contacting ZOT Zin Music Customer Service at 310-902-0993. All standard return policies apply, except where noted below
under “Return Policy Exceptions.”

In the event the purchaser defaults on this agreement, the purchaser will be responsible for any and all reasonable
collection costs, court costs, attorneys’ fees, or any other expenses incurred in the collection of this debt.

The Installment Payment Plan offer is governed by the laws of the State of California.

IMPORTANT: Early Termination Policies.

All sales are final on 10 lesson packages.
There will be no refunds on 10 lesson packages and your card will be charged for all installments till the whole amount is paid off in full.
All sales are also final on package purchases when the whole tuition was paid in full! There will be no refunds on any packages paid in full.

The package discounts ZOT Zin Music gives you on the 20, 40, 50, 75, and 100 lesson packages, as outlined on the tuition page, and the installment plan options described above, no longer apply in the event you decide that you will stop your lessons before having taken all the lessons of the package you had signed up for with a payment plan of monthly installments.
In other words: if you purchased a 50 lesson package opting for 5-Pay, the advertised lesson discount for that package no longer applies if you decide not to take all your 50 lessons signed up for.
Your lesson cost will then be prorated at a higher per lesson cost multiplied by the number of lessons already taken till that point.

We do this to keep things fair towards the students who buy smaller packages and hence don’t get the same discounts as the people who go for larger packages.
It would be unfair if someone who bought a 100 lesson package but stops after 10 lessons, would still get the 100 lesson discount per lesson and thus pay less than the people who buy 10-lesson packages.

If you sign up for the Play As You Pay installment program for a certain package, and decide weeks or months into your lesson program, before having taken all the lessons of the package you originally signed up for, that you want to stop your lessons, the cost of your number of lessons taken at that time, will be pro-rated to following higher rates:

From lessons 1 – 20 already taken, your lessons will be charged at $60 per lesson.
From lessons 21 – 40 already taken, will be charged at $55 per lesson
From lessons 40-60, will be charged at $50 per lesson
From lessons 61-100, will be charged at $48 per lesson

As an example: lets say that you purchase a 100 lesson with the payment plan, but decide to stop after your 78th lesson, you will be charged $4164, as outlined below:

$1200 (for the first 20 lessons already taken)
+ $1100 (for lessons 21 – 40)
+ $1000 (for lessons 41 – 60)
+ $864 (for lessons 61 – 78)
= $4164 Total cost for the 78 lessons taken.

We will then immediately, upon the termination of your lessons, charge your card for whatever remaining balance might be due at that time, or issue you a refund if the amount already paid in past installments would be greater than the amount owed at the time of your early termination.
